Is there ANYWAY I can get a customer service email???
I need to speak to a customer service rep about credits added to my account after I returned unused equipment. It's ridiculous I can't find a single email address and that I have to post this on a forum. Please do not direct me to a direct message option, I don't want to speak to a virtual assistant, I want an EMAIL.

I'm sorry to say, there is no direct email support option for something like this, but we are here for your support. If you are missing credits that were supposed to be issued for equipment you returned, or if there was an issue with the credits you were issued, we can absolutely take care of that for you.
