Is there anyone here that can actually cancel my service? Please will you cancel my service?

Is there anyone here that can actually cancel my service? Please will you cancel my service? I already asked for this any my rep lied telling me they canceled service and I would receive a prorated refund. I’m still being charged and no refund. Haven’t used the service at all.

@user_akdya4 - Stopping by to leave a final comment on your post for the sake of the community, I want to thank you again for your time on this. We've successfully disconnected the account, backdating your request. And I can now see that the credit balance was properly refunded a couple of weeks ago. That's great! I'm so glad we could resolve every part of this for you. I did send you a final direct message to confirm receipt of that refund, but if anything new comes up, never hesitate to create a new post within the forums.
