Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize if we did not set the proper billing expectations on how our billing system works.

 

Since we bill a month in advance,  if you made any changes in the middle of your billing cycle the next bill you get will have pro rates and adjustments based off your billing dates.

 

Usually, you won't see the order you agree for one to two billing cycles.

 

A great tool to use to see when your billing date is and see how the changes were adjusted on your account is to jump onto our awesome Xfinity app and go to view detailed billing and view PDF statement. https://www.xfinity.com/apps

 

That will break down your charges and show you how they were prorated and confirm the order you agreed to.
