Is anyone else looking to ditch Comcast? Bill went from 69/m to 204+/m in the Santa Cruz area.
Obviously, I am now quite motivated to switch to basically anyone. I don't even care if it costs MORE than [Edited: "Language"]. Either that or re-think internet access all together. This is more expensive for basic internet than ANYWHERE on Earth. Starlink in the [Edited: "Language"] Himalayas is cheaper. And the customer service is on-par with how it has always been - so no surprise there... non-existent customer service doesn't even make the list of reasons to cut this total scam.
If any of the readers here are looking at other options and would care to share, please respond.
In a separate post, I was asked to communicate directly to customer service... that was a message sent nearly over a month ago with no response or follow up. Surprising? No, not exactly. But still looking to ditch this monthly mugging.
