Iphone 18 Pro/Pro Max $1,300 trade-in offer

I have received the Iphone 18 pro 1tb and 18 pro max 1tb today and also saw the return labels. Both have accepted trade-in value which i did not accept.

This is way beyond from our expected trade-in offer. where both our phones are in excellent condition and they haven't received our phones yet but they already have a price on our phones. This is absurd and unacceptable. Feels like you are scamming us customers. I've been an Xfinity customer for 3 years and last year my trade in was successful now there is a scam price. Please fix this. This assurant pricing scheme.
