Ipad scam

I was just scammed with the Ipad service. I repeatedly told customer service that I didn't want to change my phone service or pay for an extra line. I was only contacting them because my bill was incorrect. 3 customer service agents later and they got me to change my plan with an iPad with 24 months of payments and I still get to keep the same internet and cable services but for less. I said but I don't want phone service or to pay for phone service.  I was told that I didnt have to and there would be no charge for phone service. I was intending to use it for the internet so I agreed. It is being shipped now and I don't want it if I have to pay for a phone line/service. How do I send it back and change my plan?

How do I change the plan? It has all the billing [Edited: "Language"] up. My bill was due yesterday but now it says September 26th and im not sure if thats this past months bill or the new one but the amount is the same but the date is different.  In the confusion, the bill that was due yesterday, hasn't been payed.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
