Ipad scam
I was just scammed with the Ipad service. I repeatedly told customer service that I didn't want to change my phone service or pay for an extra line. I was only contacting them because my bill was incorrect. 3 customer service agents later and they got me to change my plan with an iPad with 24 months of payments and I still get to keep the same internet and cable services but for less. I said but I don't want phone service or to pay for phone service. I was told that I didnt have to and there would be no charge for phone service. I was intending to use it for the internet so I agreed. It is being shipped now and I don't want it if I have to pay for a phone line/service. How do I send it back and change my plan?
