Ipad Refund

Hello, would you be able to ensure that iPad and the cell service associated with it is being cancelled?  Unfortunately, the service rep who signed me up for this left out a lot of information and gave incorrect information, such as there being no change to my mobile bill.  This is a scam and unfortunately seems a common one based on other posts.  Order was on 12/2 so I am well within the 14 day guarantee policy that Xfinity offers for mobile orders.
