Invalid payment instrument data

When I try to even enter a credit card to may a payment I receive "Invalid payment instrument data" I have tried different browsers (firefox and Chrome)

Hi essex414. I can assist with troubleshooting your payment submission issue. Do you have access to / or have you tried submitting the payment via the Xfinity My Account mobile app?

Hi @Siege13 and @eaclock! Thanks for letting us know you're also getting the same error message when trying to update your payment information. I wanted to confirm if this only affecting Xfinity Mobile customers or if you're trying to update the card on file for your residential services? 

Do you have any success if trying to use these options:
