Internet-only plan promotion just ended, bill will now increase. Looking for a new Loyalty Offer
My 1GB internet promotion recently ended and my bill will now increase from $70 to $100/month. The new online plans listed in my account did not offer a promotion for my current internet speed. Having been a long term member for over 30 years, I would prefer to stay with Xfinity. Please review my account for any current Internet-only plan promotional offers. I look forward to someone assisting me in working out a solution.

@user_4fc2e1 Good morning A great place to start is our Plan Builder, where you can review current promotions and make changes to your services. Be sure to sign in with your Xfinity username and password in the upper-right corner of the page to see the offers you're eligible for. It's always worth checking online first, too, since some deals are offered exclusively online and can provide additional savings.
