I paid my past due paper bill of 463$ in cash and my internet hasn’t been restored yet, I checked the app to see if the charges were gone but it still shows me that amount how long would it take to be restored?

Greetings, @user_mpg1qv! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear your service wasn't restored after making a payment, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

If you made a cash payment at a service center or Xfinity Store, they should have restored your service while you were there. Did they indicate how long it would take for the payment to post or mention anything about a possible delay?

No they have not told be how long it would be delayed would it be because of thanksgiving day? I paid yesterday afternoon but hours passed and my internet hasn’t been restored

Lets get this cleared up, since you made cash payment your account should be restored right away.

 

If you could please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address,

 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Press Enter to send it
