I moved in mid July and the Comcast guy came over to hook up the TV. I was going to have the internet also hooked up. He jurked around for about 1/2 hour he was telling me the person who hooked this up before him did't know what he was doing. He was in the living room hooking up the TV then he left and said nothing. I thought he going to his truck and be right back but no he left. He was working in my bedroom doing a hook up there for the TV. He pulled all the wires out of the wall from the wall plug. Did he put the wires back in the wall and hook up the TV NO. So I hooked up the computer I looked for the cable connection don't have one. So now I been paying $50.00 a month for high speed internet and I am getting free WI FI that I hate how slow it is. The call centers automated system always hangs up on me . The wait time to talk to customer service is horrible my call back was at 12;30 at night. So now I have paid for 3 months of free internet. I don't even have a internet connection I tried to make an appointment got hung up on from the automated system.
