Internet Upgrade, New Monthly Bill Incorrectly Much Higher

I would like to upgrade my Internet package from Gig x2 to the 2 Gig plan.  My bill should only increase from $173 to $185, but it is jumping up all the way to $308/ month... I have not completed this upgrade yet because I would like clarification on this first.  Please advise.
