Internet tv service

Why have I suddenly been charged for your tv services when if you look back to September 2023 when you charged me for that add on service I have never active the service and I have not used your services at all. So I feel rather upset and annoyed that you’re charging me for that.

i am disputing that and would really appreciate you crediting my account with all the money that you’ve taken for this service . 
I am on an automatic payment plan with you and it’s only come to my attention now after checking my account 

I hope this situation can be resolved
