Internet too high

I heard on the radio today an ad for Xfinity, I can get internet and mobile phone service for $35/mo, I'd like to sign up for that as I'm currently paying $60/mo for just the basic internet. It keeps going up since my paperless billing "magically" turn off and now my year contract has end a couple of months ago.
