Internet suspended and still not been restored

Made payment arrangement for my payday on may 18th. Also set up autopay. Was told my internet would be restored shortly I just wouldn't have access to like on demand purchases or something like that but anyways. It still hasn't been restored. Please help. Thank you so much!
