Internet shut off even after scheduling a payment

Xfinity, shame on you. You guys tell me to schedule a payment and that you'll keep my service on, and once I do you guys shut my internet off the next day. This is absolutely ridiculous. I literally have done everything I can to try to connect with someone and explain the situation and keep getting looped to the awful chat assistant that repeats the same thing over and over. I can't believe this is how you guys treat paying customers I am seriously going to leave this service once I am paid off.

@user_s7rmci That certainly isn't the experience we want for you after setting up a payment arrangement. I would be happy to review the account to see what happened.
