I scheduled a payment for the 26th that I’m gonna pay and my services still not on after I asked for my extension

Greetings, @user_0ta8oq! Thanks for scheduling that payment!  This link shows how you set up a payment arrangement, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement. If you are eligible for that, you will see the option come up when scheduling your payment. If you set that up and scheduled the payment for the past due balance due on the 26th, your service should be restored automatically. We can further check on this and find out what is going on.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
