user_1c4bpu That is a great question and I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I would use the Xfinity app to confirm the balance and if your payment was processed. You may also see an alert regarding a payment if needed or if there is an interruption in your area. You can also use the Xfinity status center to check for interruptions.
