Internet rate increasing from $34.99 to $62

Hello,
I have been an Xfinity Internet customer since April 2022, generally <$40 by staying on lower speed tiers. My previous promotional deal expired last year, and my rate defaulted to $34.99, which I have been comfortably paying until now. Unfortunately, my upcoming September bill is jumping significantly to $62.
I checked my online account for promotional offers, and the best available option shown to me is $55 for the 300 Mbps plan with a 5-year price guarantee. At the same time, Xfinity is advertising this exact 300 Mbps plan to new customers in my area for $40. I would strongly prefer to stay with Xfinity rather than switch providers. Could a representative please check my account to see if I can qualify for that $40 promotional rate, or look into any unadvertised retention offers that might bring my bill closer to my previous budget?
Thank you for your time and help.

@user_wh17hz Thanks for adding a post to the forum. We appreciate it and your tenure over the years. The agents on this platform have access to the same deals you see on your account. Only retention agents have access to retention offers. For the new customer offers, one has to be a new customer in order to qualify, and the agents here on the forum aren't able to bypass that requirement. We're happy to help apply the promotions you see available to the account, those are the offers the forum has access to.
