Internet rate $50 a month for 5 years

You are advertising a monthly internet rate of $50 a month for 5 years. I am currently paying $123 per month. I have bern a Comcast customer for over 25 years.
several friends got the new rate locked in for 5 years. How can I?

Hello, @Mauradreamer, and thank you for your interest in this deal. It has been offered to new customers as an introductory offer. I appreciate your 25 years of loyalty with Comcast and would be happy to see what offers we have available for you to lower your rate.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

How do we get a lower rate when we have been with xfinity for 3 years?  Do we have to go to another company and get the $35 a month for 5 years and then come back?
