Internet Promotional Pricing

Hello, I would like to inquire about promotional pricing for my internet plan. When I look online signed out, and at an address similar to mine (the same effectively, since the other address would route to my home) I see that there's promotions, but when I try to look online there's no difference between my current rate and two-year terms. I'd be happy to lock into another term, but I can't see the available rates to me, and hope that a support representative would be able to help.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
