Internet Promotion Ending

My current internet promotion for 300 mbps ($40/month) is ending at the end of this month. Current prices show $70/month for the same internet speed. I'm a 12 year Xfinity customer. What is the best way possible to potentially get another similar discount? There are cheaper internet options out there but really don't want to leave Xfinity. Any help provided would be appreciated!
