internet price is not affordable
Hello Support Team,
I noticed that my internet rate has nearly doubled recently, which has been challenging for me to cover, especially as I was recently laid off from my job. I’ve reached out to tech support a few times, but unfortunately, they haven’t been able to assist me with an offer or discount. Meanwhile, I’m aware that new customers are being onboarded at $60 for the same plan I currently have.
Could you please help me find a way to reduce my monthly bill or apply a discount to make it more manageable?
