Internet price doubling!
I've been paying $39 a month for internet, and without warning it's going up to $79 next month! That's too much for 150mbps. Do I have to get a new internet provider to get a similar deal? I see T-mobile has unlimited 5G plan in my area for close to what I'm paying. Speed seems comparable. No contract, and price is locked.

The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history
Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account. You can also set up the services directly from the website.
Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!
