Internet Payment Issues

My account is suspended, saying I haven’t paid my bill in months. I recently moved and transferred services but apparently all of my payments have been going to my previous address’ account (which makes no sense because my service was transferred to a new location). Anyways, I called Xfinity multiple times and every time they told me that my money would be refunded to me. The last phone call I had was last week & I was told they would put half of the payments I made to my old account, into my new one & refund me the remaining amount. I haven’t heard anything since & my service has been suspended for weeks now. This is ridiculous. I’m about ready to cancel my services altogether and move onto another company. I’ve been with Xfinity for years but the customer service had gone downhill horribly.
