Internet Overage Charge

I have been with Xfinity approx 10 years, NEVER had an internet overage issue, just look at my internet usage history. I switched to solely an internet package in May of this year (2025) due to personal financial reasons and then all of a sudden it’s showing I’m using over 3x the amount of internet I had previously been using and getting notified my next bill will be with additional $30 overage charge? I am an independent, no changes in the household with limited devices used.   Why the sudden jump? Makes absolutely no sense. Even says on Xfinity website… that 1.2 Terabyte Data monthly data limit is enough monthly data to stream HD Movies for nearly 18 hours a day….and that very few customers households need more than that. I am one person…with very few devices. There would be no reasonable explanation of this sudden jump in use based on my personal situation and protected software. Hoping this can be further investigated and corrected to keep a long term Xfinity customer.
