My internet was outage for two days due to the storm Nicholas on Sept 15 and 16. I could not do any work from home.
I would like to get credit for two days.

You will have to call them. It will be painful. Just keep at it. Eventually, you will get a reasonable person on the phone who speaks enough English to help you. Keep at it. Good luck. Thanks!
