Internet outage reimbursement

My internet has been out for nearly 6 days. I assume that since service was only provided for 80% of this month my bill will be 20% lower?

I also work from home and have been unable to do so for 4 workdays. I'll deduct that at my hourly rate. Is there a good email to send the bill to?

@XfinityFelicia Thank you. I've done that but received no response. How long until I receive an answer? All my neighbors HAVE internet. I am the only one without because the line to my house is down.

@user_3bdcae

FWIW, Comcast won't reimburse you for your down time at work.  They will only reimburse you on your bill for the time you were down.
