Good morning,

I've had TV and phone bundled with my internet for quite a while now, but I haven't used either of those services for almost a year at this point and am interested in an INTERNET ONLY plan. At this point, in spite of the fact that I've been a loyal Comcast customer for years, I'm unfortunately considering other cable-provider options if this can't be resolved soon, as I'm frankly tired of paying for services I neither need nor use.
