Internet only $60 to $100/month

This is absolutely unacceptable. I was not on a promotional offer that expired. Xfinity simply nearly double my bill one month. I'm a single man using basic internet, no cable or gaming streaming. I'm not going to be paying $100 per month for basic internet at basic speeds.

Fortunately I'm in an area with a lot of provider options, so I don't have tolerate this kind of treatment.
