Internet late payment

Hello! My internet payment is due the 10th, but i will be unable to make the payment until the 19th. I understand a late fee, and that is not an issue. My only issue is with possibly disconnected service. Will I have any interruptions and, if so, can I do anything like a promise to pay to keep services online?

SunnyGo Thank you very much for letting us know! Our Xfinity Assistant is a breeze to use for setting up an arrangement to keep the services active until that time frame. You just need to navigate to the Xfinity Support page and click Chat for options. When chatting with Xfinity Assistant, type "Set up a payment arrangement" or "I'd like to see my payment options".
