Internet Increased by $20. Trying to contact support.
Hi. I've been trying to figure out why my internet bill went up by $20 after about 6 years of having the same price. It doesn't look like my Loyalty Discount changed and I am still automatic paperless billing. My promotional discount also says it should be going to August 2026, not 2025.
The AI chatbot on the regular site is not helping me figure this out, and any research on trying to contact an Xfinity customer support rep led me to this support forum, so I am hoping this will reach one.
