Internet disconnected
So my internet was disconnected due to an unpaid bill. I paid the bill 2 minutes after disconnection and internet has yet to be restored. My modem immediately stopped working after Xfinity disconnected my services. Now I have to wait 4 days for a technician to come look at a modem that was working FINE before they turned off my services. Xfinity is the worst internet company I have ever experienced. With the repetitive and ineffective live agents to the prices of their internet. And I paid the bill for nothing because I can’t use the internet for almost a week. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. And then Xfinity is hard to contact so I have been talking in circles. I’m extremely disappointed [Edited: "Solicitation"].

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your Internet connection, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. The services can take a bit to come back online once it has been restored, are you still offline? Can you share with us any troubleshooting you have completed?
