Internet cut off after 1 week, billing access denied

My Xfinity internet service has been cut off after only one week of usage. My home page says “You no longer have Xfinity service” and gives me the option to either “pay now” or “review bill”. When I click “pay now”, it takes me to a blank page saying “[!] Restricted Section”. When I click “review bill”, it takes me to a blank page saying “Bill status unavailable”.

Thank you so much for reaching out. This situation is common when there was either an unpaid balance tied you or a family member from this or a different location. Have you had Xfinity Internet in the past? I was also curious if you have touched base with customer service? That is something where our team that would disconnect service traditionally leaves detailed notes in your account as to why.
