Haven't had internet last two days and already paid bills usually on time.  Connected support but it's useless

First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;

https://www.xfinity.com/support/status

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Sheng22 are you able to confirm if your modem is on or offline? You can check the status of your service and equipment in the Xfinity app. If your modem is offline after troubleshooting we may need to schedule an appointment.

Our team can assist with setting up an appointment, otherwise, you can use the Xfinity app to do some quick automated troubleshooting to get access to a calendar to schedule a technician if your account fail the service checks. If you would like to work with our team please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
