Internet Bill Increase
Upcoming bill increased to $70, almost double what it previously was. I like the internet service and want to stay as a customer, but will not be able to with this rate. Are there any company discounts or current offers? I will have to cancel my plan and change provider if I can't find another rate. This would also be your loss in profit. Finding a reduced plan would be better for both of us, so please contact me directly and help out.

From my experience it usually goes up due to an end in promotional rates on the account. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text.
