Internet Bill and Moving

I have two questions. The first one is about the Internet Bill. When I enrolled, I was paying $75 per month. Now I am paying $95 per month.  It is 26% increase, a way higher than the current inflation rate. I am not happy about it and am wondering if my internet bill will continue to increase. Secondly, this Friday I am moving to a new home in Voorhees. My new address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. How can I move my internet to my new address? By the way, if the billing issue isn't resolved soon, I will switch my internet provider.

user_tqsokb, thanks so much for reaching out to us through the Xfinity Forums. You have come to the right place. I can help you get your service transfered to your new address, and we can look at your options to lower your bill.

Please send us a DM with your name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.
