Internet Bill Almost Double Advertised Rate

I noticed that our bill increased at the beginning of the year. I started shopping around for new rates and providers, and I noticed that Xfinity is advertising our same service and speed at $50 less than we’re paying. I tried messaging with customer support, but the bot wasn’t helpful in this matter.
