Installment plan

I have been trying for a week to get on an installment plan. I’ve spoken to maybe 10 agents already. Some say I’m not on the plan and some say please don’t worry I assure that you are on it and your services won’t be disconnected. How come no one is on the same page and I haven’t received an email about my plan yet and when I go to the billing page on my account it says my services will be disconnected tomorrow. What kind of operation are you running here? Why can’t I get answers?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
