Installment plan
My internet was unexpectedly cut off today.
I was assured I was on a $50.00 installment plan. Additionally, I had paid off my bill from my previous residence, but it seems that bill transferred to my new place.
I work from home and urgently need my internet restored. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
