Installment plan

I set up an installment plan and l had to pay a minimum amount of $50 to get my WiFi service back on. I paid it yesterday afternoon. I received a call earlier today stating I owe $56 today or my services will be off. What type of installment plan is this if it said I can pay $12 every month until it’s paid off
