Installment Plan

Hello,

I recently signed up for Xfinity’s Installment Plan with my past due balance. I paid the $50 minimum payment to enroll in the plan but my service is still disconnected. I am trying to come up with the rest of the payment for the past due but I am in a difficult financial situation.

The information/email provided said it could take a couple days to enroll in the program, but it was not clear if service would be restored.

Looking for more insight into the plan.

Thanks!

Mich_alicia, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. To set up an installment plan for a past-due balance with Xfinity, eligible customers can make a $50 payment toward their balance and enroll in a 12-month installment plan. They can do this through self-service by chatting with Xfinity Assistant. After selecting the minimum payment due or entering a larger amount, customers review the terms, choose a payment method, and submit the payment. A confirmation email is sent, and it may take up to three business days for the installment plan to appear on the account. Customers can check the status and details of their installment plan at any time by chatting with Xfinity Assistant.
