INSTALLMENT PLAN

Ok this is becoming I'm getting tired of this whole run around business, Never have i ever, and I mean ever, been mistreated by Xfinity for trying to pay my bill. On Saturday, May 11, 2024, I signed up for the installment plan, and the system took my payment. I talked to an phone agent that same day, and he said that the payment was pending and that it all go through on Sunday with a confirmation email,, which I never received. Now my services are being threatened to be disconnected, which i was trying to prevent happening. I go the website to see what is going on and all it says is the threat of disconnect and the installment plan option but there is no option to talk with someone about this. What is going on here? Why do you have "agents" who lie on the phone and online????? Xfinity used to have live, honest people helping their customers, but not all we get as loyal customers is utter lies and stress and anxiety. Thank you for that. I am demanding an answer to my problem!!!!
