Installment Plan

I was set up on a installment plan but everyday since my service is disconnected. When I call in I get a new excuse (answer) every time, now I am being told money I sent wasn't received but it came out of my account and I received a email confirmation. I just need my service restored.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
