Installment Plan, SCAM?!

i signed up for the so called “installment plan” TWO times now! yes twice, paying the down payments , and now both times it has not worked! not only that but they keep putting me through to robots to try and “solve” the problem. all the while in the 2 months my service has been disconnected, they have added $600 to the bill, i’ve had NO service! no wifi! i went from affordable connectivity, to it being canceled, put on a plan i couldn’t afford, and then told ”don’t worry, we will lower it and make arrangements and you still have service “ well now, i’ve been charged an astronomical amount, for ZERO service. i guess im just gonna have to eat this massive bill and go with the new company coming to my town as completion with xfinity, as i’m assuming a lot of others will be with business practice like this!
