Installment plan promised for past due
I have been going back and forth for 3 days about my plan and billing. I was told a fee would be waived off my account, ticket raised and denied. I was told to sign an agreement to restore services and make a small payment. Did that. Still nothing. I was told I could enroll in a payment arrangement and installment plan for the remaining balance.. I'm fresh out of a very domestic and violent relationship and have nothing to pay the amount owed. I'm tired of being lied to and jerked around and transferred 100s of times because no one wants to help or follow through with what was told to me. I want to get the balance paid. But I can't pay it all at once. The chat representatives do not help. They promise you something and ASSURE you it will happen that way then 3 days later get told something different. People need help. Not lies and being dismissed.

Hello user_upuaq0! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm so sorry to read of the experience you are having with getting your services restored through a payment arrangement or installment plan. I would never want someone to have to struggle with getting the help they need especially when they have so many other things to address in life. Please allow me to work with my teams on the installment plan to get things back online. I am thinking that there was an issue with the plan applying to the account and if so we can have the team review it and work to add it back for us.
