Installment plan lies and breach

They kept taking my installment plan early or trying to disconnect my account before due date. On Dec 2 they took out 171.94 part of that was $71 due on Dec 25 for an installment plan. This is the worst company ever and use being Comcast to get over on people. They will still your money and breach contract and really nothing you can do. I will be going back to ATT the first of the year. I cannot do this anymore. They messed up my daughters birthday
