Installment Plan Failed Set up After Downpayment

I was setting up an installment plan. I made the downpayment and then the Xfinity assistant “failed”. I tried going back multiple times and the process fails. I can’t get through to an agent via chat either.

user_tk65ld Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your installment plan. It is odd that it will not let you resume where you left off after the error. The installment plan options are set up using the online self-service options, so we do have limited access to that information, but let me ask: do you, by chance, see the down payment showing on your bank's side?

Hi! Yes I see the payment is showing on my bank and I have a confirmation number from xfinity. It even showed my what my monthly payment would be with the plan. I clicked submit and it failed at that point.
