Installment loan
I’ve followed the prompts emailed to me multiple times to try & setup an installment plan via the chat & it keeps telling me that “I checked the status of your account and unfortunately, there aren't any options to offer you. If you can't pay your past due balance, your service will be suspended”. Why offer installment plans as an option, if I can’t use it?
