Installation fee

Hello,

I am writing today to discuss and dispute my installation fee. There was issues with installing the modem partially due to the previous person in my apartment not paying their bill and the wiring inside of the building not properly functioning. 

This was outside of my control and the $100 installation fee on top of my billings is a bit excessive. If I am in the wrong due to the terms and conditions I will completely understand.
